Cancellation conditions

In principle, it is not possible to make changes to the agreement between the lessor and lessee after it has been concluded, unless these are agreed in writing as referred to in Article 2 paragraph 2.

Cancellation of the reservation by the Lessee must be done in writing.

If the cancellation is made more than 8 weeks before the start of the reservation period, the entire invoice amount already paid will be refunded, excluding € 20 in administration costs.

If the cancellation takes place within 8 weeks before the start of the reservation period, 50% of the invoice amount already paid will be refunded, unless paragraph 5 or 6 of this article applies.

If the cancellation is made within 4 weeks before the start of the reservation period, 25% of the invoice amount already paid will be refunded, unless paragraph 6 of this article applies.

If the cancellation takes place within 2 weeks before the start of the reservation period, the invoice amount already paid will not be refunded.

The lessor shall at all times be entitled to cancel a reservation on the grounds of compelling reasons. This includes situations where the holiday home(s) in question are no longer suitable or available for rental.

In the event of cancellation on the part of the lessor, any invoice amount already paid will be refunded in full.
